Janine Salzman: Learn How To Improve Your Paintings

LOCATION San Juan Capistrano, CA
DATES/TIMES Wednesdays from 10am-2pm
The Focus: Painting from photos…. Students will be working from their own photographs learning to capture the relationships between shapes, values, colors, temperatures and edges. The class will also cover how to NOT copy a photo, but rather use it as a starting point to describe what YOU see and want to paint about a scene. Beginners welcome but must have drawing skills. Jennifer Mathews: Intermediate Painting

DATES/TIMES Wednesdays 1/30/19 – 3/20/19,
from 10am-2:30pm
Develop your painting skills and enjoy the camaraderie of an artist community.
Work from photos, and learn about the relationship between color, value, temperature, shapes, and edges. Emphasis on establishing a focal point,

Toni Danchik: Color, Brushwork, and Design

LOCATION San Juan Capistrano, CA
DATES/TIMES Thursdays 1/24, 1/30, 2/7,
2/14, 3/7, 3/14 from 10am-1pm
The class objective is to come and have fun and in the process you will learn about color and color mixing, improve on your brushwork and learn various tools on how to improve on your design. Each student will bring work of their own that they want to do or if you are a beginner I will provide images for you to work with. Classes are ongoing and you can jump in at anytime. Fernando Micheli: Study Sketch to Finished Painting

LOCATION Laguna Beach, CA

My class will alternate between painting small study sketches en Plein Air at local sites in and around Laguna Beach and developing and refining the studies into larger pieces at my home studio.
